RAZOR Magazine Publisher Richard Botto and Jordan Gross of the Carolina Panthers at RAZOR's annual Major League Baseball Preview Party.

On Wednesday, March 19th, RAZOR Magazine hosted its second annual Major League Baseball Preview Party at FOX Sports Grill in North Scottsdale. The 2003 MLB Preview Party kicked off with a LIVE ESPN Radio broadcast of “RAZOR Magazine’s Sports Edge” on KMVP 860 with hosts Curt and RB, RAZOR's own Publisher Richard Botto. LIVE interviews took place amongst the Happy Hour crowd with Richie Sexson of the Milwaukee Brewers, Rob Morris of the Minnesota Vikings, top 2003 NFL Draft pick Jordan Gross, former New York Met and Chicago Cub Brian McRae, and RAZOR Magazine Cover Model Brigitte Bako. The pre-party gathering also included a charity sports memorabilia silent auction, a free throw baseball challenge, and a hole-in-one put put on the back patio of FOX Sports Grill all benefiting the Arizona Baseball Charities.
The VIP party began at 8:00 p.m. with complimentary cuisine and cocktails for all special guests. Spotted enjoying themselves amongst the crowd were Arizona Cardinals A.J. Shelton, Marcus Bellia, and Barron Tanner, numerous players of the Boston Bruins, including Bruins Center Brian Rolston, Defenseman Sean O’Donnell, Right Wing Glen Murray, and Defensemen Nick Boynton, Center Joe Thornton, and Goalie Steve Shields, Oakland A’s Pitchers Mark Mulder, Tim Hudson, and Infielder Frank Menechino, Milwaukee Brewers’ Joe Laurence, Jeff Jenkins, and Wes Helms, MLB Legend and Brewers Pitching Coach Dave Stewart, Rob Morris of the Minnesota Vikings, and 2003 top NFL Draft Pick Jordan Gross. Celebrities mingling amongst the crowd included RAZOR Magazine cover model, and star of HBO’s “The Mind of The Married Man” Brigitte Bako, George and Geoff Stults of the critically acclaimed WB series “7th Heaven,” Kelly Hu, star of “X Men 2” and “The Scorpion King,” Victoria Pratt, star of “Mutant X,” and Lori Heuring, star of such films as the upcoming “Anger Management,” “Mulholland Drive,” and “In Crowd.”
